Refund & Return policy

The following terms and conditions govern all orders placed on our website. We reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notice as needed, and retain sole discretion in making final decisions on applicable matters between us.

ORDER MODIFICATION/CANCELLATION
Upon completing your order payment, adjustments to order details can be made by contacting us at support@elevermint.com within 6 hours. Failure to request changes within this timeframe will result in the order being forwarded for production, thereby forfeiting your ability to modify details or cancel the order.

- Individual item designs cannot be altered once an order is successfully placed.
Changes to the quantity or type of items in your order are not permitted, except when such modifications do not impact the final item price.
Modifications to the color and/or size of ordered items are not allowed for sale orders.
For discounted orders, changes to the quantity or type of items are not allowed. If adjustments are necessary, please contact us to cancel the order, and subsequently place a new revised order.
Please be aware that canceling an order within 6 hours of placement will result in the full payment fee being charged, as this fee is non-refundable.

RETURN POLICY

All our artworks are meticulously crafted and overseen by a professional design team, tailored to meet your preferences.

We offer customization options to align with your individual needs and provide a preview of your chosen design before finalizing the order. As these products are personalized and printed to your specifications, we do not offer returns or reprints for orders marked as delivered.

Customers are encouraged to liaise with their chosen carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx) for precise delivery information, including GPS location.

Your satisfaction is paramount to us. If your product is defective or does not meet expectations, please reach out to us at support@elevermint.com, and we will promptly address the issue by offering a replacement or refund.

Any delivery failures resulting from inaccuracies in the customer's provided address or unavailability at the delivery location, as confirmed by the carrier's shipping records, are not eligible for returns or compensation. We will NOT provide refunds for orders REFUSED by the customer.

We regret to inform you that dissatisfaction with garment size and/or color is not grounds for a refund or replacement. To ensure satisfaction, please refer to our size chart available on the product page or your order confirmation email within 6 hours of completing your purchase.

FULL REFUND

Due to hygiene considerations and the custom nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds unless there is a significant issue with the item you received.

*We will reimburse your entire receipt (Transaction Fee + Shipping Fee) or send you a replacement product if your order meets the criteria below.
1. Your order will qualify for replacement or refund if:
The order fails to reach the delivery address within 45 business days of the order date. Please note that claims for late delivery submitted after 60 business days from the original order date will be declined.
Within 7 days of receiving the goods, you may request a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:
• The printed product is blurry or unclear.
• Print positioning differs from the description on the website.
• Incorrect product or part of the order delivered.
• Transportation damage: torn or stretched.
• Product does not match the specified size or color.
• Other errors stemming from our manufacturing process.
In the event of such incidents, please email us detailing the issue (including actual product images and labels for verification) for prompt assistance in initiating a refund or return. We encourage you to opt for a new replacement for any defective product, and there's no need to return the faulty item to us.

Your order demonstrates inconsistent quality issues. Claims related to quality problems or garment defects must be lodged within 7 working days of receipt, supported by adequate evidence including:
• Photos depicting quality problems and any damaged sections of the received product.
• Image of the incorrect product delivered (if the color/design differs from the original order).
• Photo of the size tag alongside the entire product measured with a ruler (if the size is incorrect compared to the original order).
• Images of the original shipping label affixed to the received product.

Please forward these proofs via email to support@elevermint.com. Our Customer Care Department will review and process your case, providing assistance in arranging a replacement product or refund as necessary.

2. Upon verification of your order and confirmation via email of your eligibility for a full refund, our internal team will initiate the refund process within 7 business days. Within 24 hours of receiving your email/SMS request to cancel the order, our Customer Care Department will verify the order details with you via email, and the refund for the full order amount will be processed within 48 hours. Please note that the implementation of the refund policy will adhere to the guidelines of the payment gateways integrated with Elevermint Store. Kindly allow some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund processing and transaction.

REFUND POLICY

You are not required to return your item under any circumstances. Our products at Elevermint Store are customized and printed specifically for you, thus we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective. If you return an item without our approval, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or additional costs incurred. Therefore, if you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us at support@elevermint.com within 7 business days of receiving your order to explain the problem. Our customer service team will assist you in providing a replacement product or issuing a refund if necessary.
If the issue is significant, we may opt to replace the item or issue a refund within a reasonable timeframe. In such cases, you may choose to keep the product.
• Please note that we do NOT offer refunds or exchanges for products purchased during sales or promotions.
• You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item(s).
• Once we confirm that your items meet our refund policy conditions, we will immediately refund or send replacement products. You do not need to return the items. The replacement product will be shipped to you in the same timeframe as the original shipment.

DISCLAIMER

1. You are required to furnish all pertinent information and/or documents pertaining to your orders placed on our store upon request. Failure to provide requested information and/or documents accurately or if fraudulent information is provided may result in the suspension or termination of your customer account.
2. We shall not be held liable for any damages, claims, liabilities, costs, inconveniences, business disruptions, or expenses of any nature arising from or related to the use or storage of products purchased from our store.
3. Upon submission of your order, the risk of loss for the order will be transferred from our store to you/your party upon delivery to the carrier. You assume all legal responsibilities and risks associated with the shipping of orders by third parties.
4. We do not accept liability for any loss or delivery errors arising from factors such as the recipient's absence, an incorrect or incomplete address, or refusal of the package. Therefore, please ensure the accuracy of your information before making payment. If an error is discovered during the order confirmation process after completion, please contact us at support@elevermint.com promptly for swift assistance.
